We are a small Southern Baptist church in northwest Lakeland looking to partner with college students and young adults who want to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in local church ministry. Because we are a smaller church, we can provide internships giving you the opportunity to serve directly alongside ministry leaders, build relationships, develop practical skills, and take an active role in ministry rather than simply observing.
